Our firm's staff specializes in the administration of profit sharing, money purchase, 401(k), and non-qualified tax-deferred compensation retirement plans. Our service-minded approach and eye for automation help assure prompt and accurate advice and management to individuals and corporate retirement plans. Our approach is to maximize the success of a given plan by optimizing our investment selections and the model portfolios provided for the participants use.
We conduct quarterly reviews of the 401(k) retirement plans under our management, analyzing each model ranging from conservative allocation to aggressive allocation, the individual funds’ performance and market/investment philosophy, and the reasonableness of all fees involved with the plan. Twice a year we meet with a designated ‘Committee’ comprised of trustees and third-party administrators to review the plan with all plan fiduciaries to ensure the best possible services for the plan participants.
We are available as a 3(38) Investment Manager Fiduciary and as such are legally bound to serve the needs of the plan participants first and foremost while removing a substantial portion of liability from the plan sponsors.
Additionally, we are very knowledgeable and have experience with many compliance issues set forth by both ERISA and the DOL (Department of Labor) for 401(k) and other retirement plans. We will be certain that your retirement plan is not only in compliance but following all the standards set forth by the various agencies.
Contribution limits for 2015 are $18,000 (under 50 years old and $24,000 (50 and over).
